This video shows the design and manufacture of the Duevel Sirius bass diffuser cone.
This is a precise and meticulous process that involves several steps:
1. CAD drawing: first, a detailed CAD drawing of the cone is created.
2. CNC programming: CNC programming is carried out on the basis of the CAD drawing.
3. 3D CNC milling: In this step, the actual milling of the taper takes place.
4. pre-sanding: After milling, the taper is subjected to pre-grinding.
5. base coat: The base coat is then applied.
6. intermediate sanding: After the base coat, intermediate sanding is carried out
7. final coating
8. assembly: Finally, the cone is assembled.
